A 25,000 sq ft 1960s office building located to the north of Bristol city centre.
A detailed feasibility study was prepared on behalf of Omega Land (a subsidiary of Morgan Stanley) to assess the viability of either a major refurbishment or redevelopment and also considering the potential different uses for the property.
A full project team was then assembled and a planning application co-ordinated.
The property was then transferred to Exemplar Properties and planning permission was subsequently secured for a 58,000 sq ft office building. The site was then sold to Simply Health.
