National retail and industrial acquisitions and asset management
Recent projects include the establishment of Urbina Private Equity Funds and their acquisition of high street shops in Bristol and Elgin, Victoria Retail Park, Worksop and the TDG Depot, Thatcham together with the on-going asset management of Urbina’s industrial portfolio.
Formerly head of the retail division at Charterfield Asset Management. Notable purchases have included Parc Tawe Phase 1 in Swansea, Shawlands Arcade, Glasgow and New Kirkland, Leith. Previously a partner at both King Sturge and Hartnell Taylor Cook with responsibility for national retail investment. Prior to that worked for both Richard Ellis and King & Co in London.

National office acquisitions and asset management
Projects include the refurbishment and asset management of Tower House, Bristol, on behalf of Rockspring and the asset management of Thatcham Business Village, Newbury on behalf of West Register. Also co-ordinated the extension and refurbishment of Pinnacle, Crawley on behalf of Invista Real Estate.
Formerly responsible for office and industrial acquisitions and asset management at Charterfield Asset Management. Notable purchases have included Embassy House, Bristol and a £20m mixed portfolio in South Wales. Previously worked in office agency at King Sturge and GVA Grimley.
A Reading graduate and a qualified Chartered Surveyor.
