Pinnacle, Crawley

• A 29,000 sq ft office building located in central Crawley held in a joint venture with Invista Real Estate from 2006 until 2009.
• Lease surrenders were negotiated with the existing tenants and then planning permission was secured for an additional floor.  
• A comprehensive refurbishment programme was then co-ordinated to include adding the new floor, re-cladding part of the exterior together with a full internal refurbishment of both the common parts and office space.  The completed building provides high specification comfort cooled offices and is part occupied by Regus.
