Embassy House, Bristol

• A multi-let 60,000 sq ft office building with ground floor retail located in the Clifton area of Bristol.
• Held in a joint venture with Rockspring Property Investment Managers between 2004 and 2009.
• An active programme of asset management was undertaken to include lease renewals, new lettings together with full refurbishment of the common parts, WCs and vacant suites.  Rents in the building were increased from £15 per sq ft at purchase to over £18 per sq ft (the highest level achieved for an office building in Clifton at the time).
