• A substantial 54,000 sq ft office building located in central Aberdeen.
• Held in a joint venture with GE Capital between 2006 and 2012.
• The common parts of the building were comprehensively refurbished and rents increased by approximately 30%.  The building was fully let following lease restructuring with the major tenant, Lloyds Register.
